Digital Marketing Associate

Jeffrey A. Miller Hospitality Group (JAM) is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation across our portfolio of venue partners.

You’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life both on-site and online through compelling content, smart SEO strategies, and performance-driven campaigns. If you’re equal parts content creator and SEO strategist, this role is for you. All applications should include a resume and a portfolio or link sampling their content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Plan and execute content calendars across all social media platforms.
  • Travel to venues and capture on-site content including events, tastings, and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Create and edit short-form video content (i.e. TikToks & Reels).
  • Manage stories, comments, DMs, and audience engagement.
  • Monitor and incorporate the latest social media trends.

SEO & Website Optimization

  • Improve SEO performance across JAM and partner websites.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement optimization strategies.
  • Update website content including meta descriptions, alt text, and internal linking.
  • Monitor traffic, rankings, and performance metrics.
  • Write and publish blog content aligned with SEO goals.

Analytics & Strategy

  • Build and manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
  • Respond to reviews in a timely, brand-aligned voice.
  • Track conversions, leads, and cost efficiency.
  • Share performance insights and data-driven recommendations with leadership.
  • Develop content calendars and campaign plans based on strategic direction.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Outgoing and engaging personality with a creative eye.
  • Strong content creation skills, including photo and video editing.
  • Experience with SEO, social media, and paid ads.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva and Sprout Social are strongly preferred.
  • Self-sufficient but also comfortable collaborating with a team.

Scheduling & Compensation

  • $50,000 - $ 55,000 annual salary depending on experience.
  • Hybrid Schedule: 3 days a week on location (venues and our headquarters) and 2 days work from home.
  • Ability to drive to venue locations and headquarters.
  • Tuesday – Saturday work week with weekends included.
