Job Profile (Role Summary)

DigitalClouds is looking for a confident and responsible female professional to join our team immediately. The role includes client handling, social media management, Facebook & Google Ads, and shoot coordination when required. This position demands strong communication skills, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple clients efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Client Handling & Communication

• Primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Understand client requirements and business goals
• Share content plans, updates, and performance reports
• Handle feedback and revisions professionally

Social Media Management

• Plan and manage monthly content calendars
• Coordinate with designers and video editors
• Ensure timely posting on Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
• Monitor engagement, comments, and messages

Paid Advertising (Meta & Google Ads)

• Manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
• Run Google Search & Display Ads
• Monitor budgets and optimize campaign performance
• Prepare ad performance reports

Shoot Coordination (Occasional)

• Coordinate with photographers and videographers
• Assist in shoot planning and scheduling
• Represent DigitalClouds professionally during shoots

Internal Team Coordination

• Work closely with creative and performance teams
• Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met

Required Skills

• Social media management experience
• Knowledge of Facebook (Meta) Ads & Google Ads
• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
• Organized, responsible, and client-focused

Experience Required

• 1–3 years in a digital marketing agency preferred
• Freshers with strong practical knowledge can also apply

Salary

• ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Executive level)
• ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Manager level)
• Performance-based incentives
