Digital Marketing Cluster Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Engagement:

Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement and follower base across all

major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.) for all four

outlets.

Represent the brand identity and voice of Suvaii, Tanjore Tiffins, Navathanyam, and

Vanamo consistently across digital channels.

Monitor trends, conversations, and competitor activity to optimize content and

engagement strategies.

Content Planning & Management:

Create and maintain a unified monthly content calendar for all four outlets, aligning

with marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and seasonal trends.

Collaborate with design, photography, and videography teams to produce high-quality

and engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs, etc.).

Ensure timely publishing and performance tracking of content.

Cross-functional Coordination:

Work closely with other digital marketing functions including SEO/SEM, paid

advertising, analytics, and website management to ensure cohesive campaigns.

Coordinate with outlet managers and culinary teams for menu updates, promotions,

and events that need digital amplification.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and audience growth.

Provide monthly performance reports and suggest improvements based on insights.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in digital or social media marketing, preferably in F&B or hospitality.

Strong understanding of content creation, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and

analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics).

Creative mindset with excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands/outlets simultaneously.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per month
