Consultant cum Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing Agency
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and build a strong sales pipeline for digital marketing and IT services.
- Sell services including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, CRM, and ERP solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, understand business needs, and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, pitches, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, technical, and design) to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or IT Solutions company (minimum 1–2 years).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media ads, content marketing) and IT solutions (Web Development, CRM, ERP).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Existing UAE client network is a strong advantage.
- Self-driven, ambitious, and passionate about sales.
