Consultant cum Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing Agency

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and build a strong sales pipeline for digital marketing and IT services.
  • Sell services including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, CRM, and ERP solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, understand business needs, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, pitches, and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, technical, and design) to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or IT Solutions company (minimum 1–2 years).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media ads, content marketing) and IT solutions (Web Development, CRM, ERP).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Existing UAE client network is a strong advantage.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and passionate about sales.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
