Role Overview:

The Senior Marketing Specialist will lead acquisition, engagement, and retentioninitiatives through a blend of precision-based paid marketing, CRM automation, and growth marketing strategies. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who has previous experience in the crypto or fintech industry and can balance analytical performance management with creative campaign execution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage,and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns with agencies and media buying vendors across Google, Meta, Telegram, TikTok, X, and crypto-native advertising networks for growth.
• Continuously monitorand improve performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
• Manage ASO efforts to drive organicvisibility, installs, and positive reviewsacross platforms.
• Ideation and execution of promotional campaignsto increase conversion as per channels.
• Execute targeted lifecycle campaigns for varioussegments (both transactional and promotional) across email, push, and in-app channels, focusing on user onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation.
• Manage Key Opinion Leaders(KOLs) and influencers in the region to strengthen brand presence and credibility.
• Coordinate internal and external relationswith agencies, partners,and other departments to ensure timely communications, product releases, and effective campaign planning.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in performance and growth marketing, preferably within the crypto or fintech app sectors.
• Proven skills in managing paid ad channels(Google Ads, Meta,TikTok, and others)and utilizing ASO tools.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Insider,MoEngage, Braze).
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with the crypto ecosystem, blockchain products, and community dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills in English;Arabic proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
• A fast learner with excellent team spirit and coordination skills.
