Digital Marketing & Content (Female Preferred)

Website Management Responsibilities:

  • Manage and regularly update the brand website with high-quality, timely, and relevant content across all sections.
  • Coordinate website redesign projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and benchmarking against key competitors.
  • Maintain and optimize the blog section, ensuring keyword integration and alignment with SEO strategy.
  • Oversee content quality, visual consistency, user experience, and SEO readiness across all web pages.
  • Coordinate with creative and digital agencies, providing clear briefs, timelines, and expectations for website-related projects.
  • Track and report monthly website performance metrics with actionable insights to improve engagement and effectiveness.

Budget - 3-4 LPA

Magazine & PR Management Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with PR teams and magazine vendors for timely content publishing, media placements, and content approvals.
  • Maintain a structured magazine calendar to plan editorial themes, publishing cycles, and content deadlines.
  • Proactively identify and evaluate industry-specific magazines for relevant media placements and brand visibility.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for creative agencies and publishing partners on magazine deliverables and media schedules.
  • Ensure all magazine content aligns with the brand’s voice, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to source content, manage approvals, and coordinate design and editorial timelines.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of coordination with magazine vendors, content creation and publishing, from concept to distribution and billings and payments.
  • Support PR activities by ensuring brand visibility across key industry publications and media channels.

Content Development & Coordination

- Collaborate with internal departments and creative teams to develop compelling content – articles, catalogues/ brochures, mailers and other relevant branded communications.
- Support in ideating and executing campaign-based content across channels.
- Ensure alignment of content with brand guidelines and objectives.

Digital Marketing & Optimization

- Drive on-page SEO optimization and ensure website correctness to enhance organic traffic.
- Analyze website performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate and schedule branded emailers and track campaign performance.

- Implement a comprehensive social media calendar in line with brand campaigns and business goals.
- Work with internal and external creative teams to ensure platform-specific content delivery.
- Track and analyze key KPIs (engagement, reach, CTR, etc.) and recommend strategies for improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
