Blossom Digital Marketing is seeking a Digital Marketing Content Specialist to join our team at White Mountain Publishing LLC, a family-owned company proudly serving the White Mountains. As our full-service digital marketing agency, Blossom works with businesses and organizations to create compelling content, manage campaigns, and deliver creative marketing solutions that drive results.We are looking for a creative, motivated, and organized professional who can help manage social media, create engaging visual content, support video production, and contribute to a wide range of digital marketing projects. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays current with digital trends, and enjoys both creative work and client collaboration.Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and audience engagement
• Create ad designs with a strong eye for creativity, quality, and brand consistency
• Develop engaging visual and video content tailored for social media platforms and current trends
• Assist with video production and editing to support client campaigns and internal projects
• Stay up to date on digital marketing tools, platform changes, trends, and strategies
• Collaborate with team members on creative projects, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
• Communicate professionally and positively with clients while helping meet their marketing needs
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management
• Strong design skills and an eye for creative, on-brand advertising and content
• Ability to create engaging visual and video content for digital platforms
• Familiarity with video production and editing
• Self-motivated, proactive, and dependable with a strong go-getter mindset
