Job Title : Digital Marketing Coordinator
Report to: Assistant Digital Marketing Manager
Role Summary
The Digital Marketing Coordinator manages daily campaign execution—developing creative ideas and using data to tell performance stories. In this role, you’ll blend creativity with analytics to drive visibility, optimize results, and support multi-brand growth.
Role Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning
- Support the Assistant Digital Marketing Manager in developing quarterly digital strategies and KPIs across 8+ brands.
- Align digital activities with store activation, product launch, and promotional campaigns.
- Social Media & Content
- Manage and optimize Meta and TikTok accounts, including calendars, posts, stories, and community engagement.
- Coordinate with creative teams to deliver timely, platform-ready assets (ads, banners, videos, copies).
- Paid Media
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing Google, Meta, and TikTok campaigns.
- Support keyword research, bid adjustments, pixel implementation, and ROAS tracking.
- Website,SEO & AIO
- Audit and update website content for accuracy, SEO & AIO, and conversion.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to improve user journey.
- Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor weekly campaign performance, recommend real-time optimizations, and prepare reports.
- Provide insights to improve overall digital marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree inmarketing, Communications, Business, or related fi eld.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or paid media.
- Hands-on familiarity with Ads platforms (Google, Meta and TikTok), social media platforms (Meta and TikTok) and basic SEO & AIO.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar)
- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, content, and insights.
- Strong analytical and creative mindset, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
