Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and manage social media content calendars and advertising campaigns that support our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) ecommerce operations. This hands-on role works closely with cross-functional teams to bring senior leadership’s strategies to life across digital channels.
You will be responsible for managing our digital presence across platforms such as Google, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and Threads, along with executing performance-driven ad campaigns—including lead generation, retargeting, and remarketing initiatives. Additionally, you will assist with ecommerce platform updates, ensure accurate performance tracking via analytics tools, and maintain clean, up-to-date data in the CRM.
You will also monitor inbound leads, audit lead management processes, and ensure consistent CRM data entry. Creating clear, actionable performance reports to showcase improvements in ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and ROI for both marketing and sales teams is a key part of this role.
This is an execution-focused position best suited for someone who thrives on optimizing campaigns, collaborating with teams, and ensuring accurate reporting and data flow across digital marketing and ecommerce systems. Knowledge and experience in using platforms like Shopify will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Implementation:
- Create and manage a content calendar to engage with the digital community on social media platforms, like Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, X, Threads.
- Manage positive and negative reviews, complaints and escalations via social media channels to streamline customer care and aftersales services processes.
- Create timely reports in a well organised manner to highlight posts and content that has performed well with reach, engagement, and clicks.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and display networks.
- Monitor and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve performance targets (ROI, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
- Conduct A/B tests for creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Write blog articles, and work with content and design teams to develop and deliver website articles, and creatives for ads and social media.
Lead Support & CRM Tasks (Supplementary Responsibilities):
- Support marketing-led lead generation efforts by coordinating forms, landing pages, and basic funnel setups.
- Connect and stay engaged with inbound leads via WhatsApp API to support sales team efforts.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use tools such as Google Ads, Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards to track performance.
- Prepare regular reports on ecommerce metrics, campaign performance, and lead data to identify scope of improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve results across digital marketing and ecommerce initiatives.
- Field inbound online and offline queries and direct them to relevant departments.
- Manage and audit lead-gen sources to identify any missed leads to be handed over to the Sales team via CRM.
- Accurately enter and maintain leads in the company’s CRM system (e.g., Cratio).
- Ensure leads are tagged and categorized correctly (source, campaign, stage) for accurate tracking.
- Coordinate with sales or business development teams to support lead assignment and hand-off processes.
- Assist in monitoring lead status and basic follow-up tracking to facilitate improved conversions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of proven working experience in digital marketing.
- Clear written and oral English, strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to think outside the box and create content that is engaging and entertaining.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of lead management processes and CRM data hygiene.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and execute ad hoc tasks independently.
- Comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Cratio) will be looked upon favourably.
- Knowledge and skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop will be looked upon favourably.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
