At Advantage Car & Credit, we’re passionate about creating a seamless and exceptional experience for our customers—both in-person and online. We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help elevate our online presence, engagement, and growth across multiple digital channels.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow our social media channels through engaging content creation, scheduling, and community interaction.
• Monitor SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Utilize Google Ads and social media advertising to develop targeted campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate and produce high-quality graphics, videos, and copy for social media, website, and digital campaigns.
• Analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure effectiveness and inform future strategy.
• Assist in maintaining the company website, ensuring all content is up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for user experience and search engines.
• Support ongoinglead-generation initiatives by optimizing digital content and landing pages.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices across SEO, SEM, social media, and performance marketing.
• Occasionally travel to multiple locations throughout the Dayton area for content creation or team collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of social media management and current digital trends.
• Proficiency in SEO tools, keyword research, and conversion optimization techniques.
• Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
• Graphic design skills and familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills with attention to detail and brand voice.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and bring creative ideas to life.
