Digital Marketing Coordinator

Picture North is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator for a part-time position starting mid-May 2026.

Job Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator supports Picture North’s marketing, sales, and creative teams by keeping our work organized, polished, and ready to share across web, social, sales, and presentation channels. This role manages marketing assets across platforms like Google Drive, Vimeo, WireDrive, WordPress, and various social channels. The Marketing Coordinator communicates directly with our Marketing Manager, Executive Producers, internal Post-Production team, and freelance creative teams to gather final deliverables used to showcase updates about our new work through reels, social posts, website updates, newsletters, and launches while maintaining organized calendars for these activities as well as, awards deadlines, decks, newsletters, and sales materials.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, technically comfortable, and excited to help showcase creative work in a fast-moving production environment.

While working in the video production industry isn’t required, an enthusiasm for films and visual media is important as well an eye for a high level of design and aesthetic.

Task examples:

  • Coordinate with post-production team for new work deliverables, pull high-resolution stills, prepare versions for website and socials.
  • Maintain the master organization of Google Drive and Vimeo libraries to ensure all assets are ready to share.
  • Keep up with photographers to retrieve edited deliverables from shoots after production wraps to display on the website or sales materials.
  • Execute regular updates via WordPress CRM, maintaining the latest sales hero reels, capabilities decks, and new work.
  • Prep portfolio presentation links for newsletters and new work emails sent to sales reps when new work is released.
  • Maintain and update the master marketing calendar with social posting dates, award deadlines, industry events, and other notable reminders.

Experience required:

  • >1 year of experience in a marketing, creative agency, or production company environment.
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom)
  • Familiarity with WordPress CRM, Vimeo, and Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams and recurring workflows independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.

Preferred

  • Foundational knowledge of commercial film production and post production workflows.
  • Experience maintaining marketing calendars or project management trackers (e.g. Asana).
  • Chicago candidates preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour
