Job Description:
We are seeking a Sr Associate, Social Media to help bring ClearChoice’s mission to life and shape how our brand connects with patients on social every day. This role will support the planning, activation, and optimization of our organic social presence.
Reporting to the Director of Social, this person will partner closely with the broader social team to manage the content calendar, activate campaigns and channel plans, identify timely trends and opportunities, and help evolve how ClearChoice shows up across social. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, socially fluent, platform-savvy, and excited by the opportunity to do meaningful work.

Essential Responsibilities
Own day-to-day social calendar planning and channel activation across key organic platforms in partnership with the broader social team.
Translate campaign priorities and business needs into clear, platform-appropriate social plans.
Schedule, publish, and optimize social content across channels, including captions, tagging, links, asset coordination, and quality control.
Help implement new social strategies, channel approaches, and content tests designed to improve relevance, consistency, and performance.
Monitor platform trends, cultural moments, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities; bring forward ideas the brand can act on quickly and thoughtfully.
Write and refine platform-specific copy that aligns with ClearChoice’s brand voice and audience needs.
Support development of social-first content and channel-ready assets in partnership with internal teams, agency partners, and external contributors as needed.
Support influencer and partner activations, particularly around coordination, publishing support, and campaign execution.
Contribute to monthly reporting and performance recaps by identifying channel learnings, content insights, and recommendations for optimization.
Partner cross-functionally with Social COE, Brand, Paid Media, CRM, Web, PR, Analytics, and other teams to ensure aligned execution.
Assist with light design, asset editing, and basic video support as needed to keep channels moving efficiently.
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience managing social channels for a brand or organization.
Strong understanding of major social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channels.
Experience owning or managing content calendars, publishing workflows, and social scheduling tools
Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone by platform and audience.
Demonstrated ability to spot trends and translate them into smart, brand-appropriate execution.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and priorities.
Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
Experience using performance data and channel insights to inform recommendations and optimizations.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Openness to travel for conferences or local center content capture
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with tools such as Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, or similar platforms. Comparable roles often call out Sprout, Hootsuite, or similar social management and analytics tools.
Light design and video editing skills, including tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
Experience supporting influencer, partner, or creator-led social campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
Annual Salary Range: $60,000-70,000/year, with a generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match.
