Aaryaa Digital LLC is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will help strengthen brand presence, drive online engagement, and support lead generation efforts across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others
• Manage and schedule content for social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement
• Support SEO efforts including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking
• Create, edit, and publish basic digital content (posts, banners, email campaigns, etc.)
• Monitor website and campaign analytics using tools like Google Analytics and provide performance reports
• Assist in email marketing campaigns including list segmentation, design coordination, and reporting
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and external vendors to ensure timely campaign execution
• Track campaign budgets and assist in optimizing ad spend performance
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing tools
• Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite basics) is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Experience with content management systems (WordPress or similar)
• Basic copywriting and content creation skills
• Analytical thinking and performance reporting ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR640,000.00 per year
