Position Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to oversee and manage daily digital marketing operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, marketing knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, creative teams, and external partners. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Traffic Aus LLC’s reputation for excellence in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
• Liaise with clients to understand marketing objectives and provide regular updates.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and external vendors to deliver campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of campaign performance, analytics, and client communications.
• Support SEO, SEM, and content marketing initiatives.
• Prepare reports on digital marketing performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, and online initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s digital marketing regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing coordination or campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, analytics tools, and online marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver under deadlines.
