We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various digital marketing strategies and tools, with a proven track record in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through effective online campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and consumer behavior to develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic across all digital channels.
  • Oversee SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to foster community engagement.
  • Utilize Google Ads and SEM strategies to optimize paid search campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Lead content creation efforts, ensuring high-quality copywriting and graphic design that resonates with target audiences.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Implement email marketing strategies that nurture leads and enhance customer retention through targeted messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.

Skills

  • Proficiency in SEO tools and techniques for effective optimization.
  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization principles to enhance user experience.
  • Experience with social media management and advertising, including Facebook Advertising strategies.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks.
  • Familiarity with WordPress as a content management system for website updates and maintenance.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Google AdWords, SEM, and performance marketing analytics.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for technical aspects of digital marketing.
  • Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, keyword research, and email marketing automation.
  • Experience in B2B marketing strategies tailored for specific target markets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,792.66 - $67,191.16 per year
