Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Director with a strong background in automotive digital marketing, to lead our company's digital marketing strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in digital marketing, including Google Ads, social media ads, TikTok ads, Google Marchant Center, inventory feed experience, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEO, content creation, social media management, and performance marketing. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our online presence, drive engagement, and increase conversions across multiple platforms. The Digital Marketing Director will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns, utilizing advanced tools and techniques to maximize ROI and brand visibility.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, Social Ads, VLAs, and content marketing.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Advertising, TikTok Ads and other paid channels.
  • Utilize SEO tools, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms to analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee content creation efforts including copywriting, graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and content management systems like WordPress.
  • Conduct keyword research to enhance organic search visibility and improve search engine rankings through effective SEO practices.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital channels.
  • Monitor industry trends in digital marketing, SEM, performance marketing, automotive specific best practices to keep strategies current and competitive.
  • Lead efforts in conversion optimization by analyzing user behavior data with SQL or Google Analytics to improve website performance and user experience.
  • Manage social media ad accounts including social media management tools for scheduling, engagement, and analytics reporting.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Experience

  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in digital marketing leadership roles with demonstrated success in managing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Extensive experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), Google Analytics, Google AdWords/Ads, Meta Advertising platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of google merchant center and inventory feeds.
  • Proficiency in multiple different website platforms.
  • Expertise in content creation including copywriting for various digital formats tailored for different audiences.
  • Experience working within e-commerce environments or B2B markets is highly desirable.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights for campaign improvements.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of marketers and coordinate cross-departmental projects effectively. Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
