Responsibilities

- Manage social media platforms, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform content strategies.
- Oversee social media management across channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to maximize reach and engagement.
- Execute targeted advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising to boost visibility and generate leads or conversions.
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community partners through public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation.
- Provide support to our outside SEO optimization, including website content and blog posts to improve search engine rankings.
- Track campaign performance using web analytics tools; prepare reports that highlight key insights and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on e-commerce initiatives, ensuring consistent branding across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design purposes.
- Familiarity with social listening tools and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with social media advertising platforms including Facebook Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics best practices.
- Ability to craft engaging content tailored for diverse audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written materials.
- Knowledge of photography and video editing techniques to produce high-quality multimedia content.
