St. Louis, United States
Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist
Since 1960, Catholic Supply of St. Louis, Inc. has been one of the forefront leaders in the Church Supply industry. Our mission is to provide the finest quality goods and services to bring people closer to Christ. We are a direct-to-consumer resource that provides for the spiritual needs of the individual and the parish. With four retail locations, a thriving e-commerce platform, and a manufacturing division, we continue to grow while honoring our commitment to our mission.
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to assist our direct-to-consumer marketing. This is a pivotal role where you’ll help shape how the world sees our brand — from the look and feel of our website to the tone of our social presence. You’ll aid in the optimization and possible redesign of our e-commerce site, execute SEO strategies for organic growth, manage paid advertising campaigns, and produce premium creative that strengthens our brand and funnels traffic to our websites and stores.
Due to the nature of this position’s responsibilities within a Catholic faith-based organization, familiarity with and respect for Catholic teachings and liturgical practices is important to effectively carry out the duties of the role.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain and update website content and layout, working with internal teams to ensure accuracy of information, performance, and SEO refinement
· Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google to drive high-quality leads and sales while maintaining brand consistency
· Work closely with leadership to update and refine our e-commerce sites — improving design, imagery, copy, and functionality to align with brand identity and boost conversions
· Creation, execution and management of digital marketing campaigns that amplify content reach and ROI effectiveness (email, social, SEO/SEM, PPC, content)
· SEO management (understanding personas to better target identified audiences, creating keywords and linking strategies, optimizing meta descriptions, performing regular audits of SERP rankings, crawlability, page indexing, domain and link structure, sitemaps, page speed and mobile performance)
· SEM management (conducting and analyzing keyword searches, performing A/B testing, optimizing campaigns and landing pages)
· Monitor and analyze campaign performance and ROI; present reports and insights to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
· A sharp eye for detail and a passion for creating results-driven content
· Self motivated with a strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and metrics
· Proven ability to run paid ad campaigns across multiple social and search platforms
· Understanding of SEO best practices and ability to track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics
· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
· Strong copywriting skills for ads, social media, and website content
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
· Possess excellent time management skills
· Have a sense of ownership and pride in performances and its impact on company’s success
· Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) – ability to design and edit marketing collateral and visual assets
· Proficient with Windows operating systems and MS Office products (Excel, Outlook)
