Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: PIA Society, Lahore

Shift Timing: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)

Salary Range: PKR 60,000 – 80,000 (based on experience & skills)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in B2B lead generation and proven command over modern digital marketing tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality leads, managing campaigns, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective B2B lead generation strategies
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
• Utilize B2B lead generation tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, etc.) to build targeted lead lists
• Research, identify, and qualify potential clients across global markets
• Implement SEO and content strategies to improve organic reach
• Track, measure, and report performance of all digital campaigns with actionable insights
• Collaborate with sales and management teams to align marketing with business goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B lead generation
• Strong command of B2B lead gen tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.)
• Proven ability to generate high-quality leads and deliver measurable results
• Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills
• Must be able to work independently during the night shift (6 PM – 3 AM)
