Digital Marketing Executive

India

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Digital marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing digital marketing strategies that generate leads for the company’s training offerings, build its brand presence, and measure campaign effectiveness to optimize results continuously.

Key Responsibilities at HawkStack Technologies

  • Lead Generation & Campaigns

Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to generate high-quality leads for Red Hat training programs. Track and optimize cost per lead (CPL) and conversion rates.

  • SEO & Website Management

Optimize the company's website for both on-page and off-page SEO, work to improve organic rankings, and drive traffic through blog content and backlink strategies. Keep a close eye on website analytics and suggest improvements.

  • Social Media & Branding

Manage and grow HawkStack’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Plan and execute content strategies—including reels, video marketing, engagement campaigns—to boost brand awareness.

  • Email & WhatsApp Marketing

Create and run email marketing campaigns targeting Red Hat certification programs. Automate follow-ups and drip campaigns to nurture leads. Use WhatsApp marketing to engage with potential learners.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting

Analyze key digital marketing metrics and prepare reports on a weekly and monthly basis to evaluate campaign performance and ROI. Actively optimize strategies based on findings.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience: 1–3 years in digital marketing, especially in lead generation and paid advertising.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO, plus familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM software.
  • Marketing Know-How: Solid understanding of content marketing, email automation, and social media growth tactics. Target-driven mindset and ability to coordinate well with sales teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):

  • Prior experience in B2B or EdTech marketing
  • Familiarity with Red Hat, DevOps, or the IT training industry
  • Certifications in Google Ads and HubSpot

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
