Digital Marketing Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate lead generation, property branding, and digital campaign management to drive high-quality inquiries and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote real estate projects (apartments, villas, plots, commercial spaces).
  • Manage SEO & SEM campaigns to increase organic traffic and Google rankings.
  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube) focused on lead generation.
  • Create and manage engaging social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter).
  • Work with the design team to create property branding creatives, reels, and video content.
  • Handle email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns for property promotions and nurture leads.
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
  • Optimize landing pages & website content for conversions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align digital campaigns with project launches and events.
  • Track competitors’ marketing activities and identify new opportunities.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing for real estate (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Creativity in content marketing & social media storytelling.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate buyer behavior and local market trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,199.53 - ₹30,000.00 per month
