Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing social media channels, generating leads, executing email campaigns, and implementing SEO practices. Candidates with prior experience in e-commerce and proficiency in using digital marketing tools will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management
  • Handle and manage all social media channels for the brand.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing posts and publish them regularly.
  • Propose new content ideas and campaign strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers.
  • Lead Generation & Branding
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn and nurture them by creating awareness about the brand’s products and services.
  • Actively post in relevant LinkedIn and online groups to build visibility for products and services.
  • Email Marketing
  • Maintain and update email lists to ensure accuracy and high engagement.
  • Create and send cold emails to potential customers, ensuring consistent follow-ups and coordination with leads.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and track SEO performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Campaigns & Analytics
  • Work on performance-based campaigns to generate leads and conversions.
  • Use digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp, Canva, HubSpot, etc.) to track, measure, and optimize results.
  • Provide monthly reports on social media performance, SEO growth, and lead generation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Consistent posting and engagement across all social media channels.
  • Growth in brand reach, followers, and engagement.
  • Number of qualified leads generated through LinkedIn and cold emails.
  • Regular and effective posting in online groups.
  • Improved website ranking and traffic through SEO practices.
  • Campaign performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (E-commerce industry preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in social media management, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the team.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,234.49 - ₹38,855.50 per month
