Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing. The candidate must have a presentable personality, excellent communication skills, and strong inter-department coordination ability. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to boost brand presence, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
• Handle SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and paid social media campaigns.
• Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging content.
• Monitor website traffic and campaign analytics, prepare performance reports.
• Work closely with internal departments (creative, content, sales, operations) to ensure campaign alignment.
• Optimize campaigns for ROI, lead generation, and conversions.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, strategies, and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital advertising tools.
• Proficiency in managing paid campaigns and social media marketing.
• Excellent communication skills, presentable personality, and strong inter-department coordination (mandatory).
• Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
