Pixel Crowner is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist who can create, manage, and optimize campaigns that deliver real results across Social Media, Google Ads, and SEO. We are looking for a professional with minimum 2 years of proven experience in running paid campaigns and implementing SEO strategies to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Advertising (Social Media & Google Ads)

* Plan, set up, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads.

* Manage all campaign types, Search Ads, Display Ads, Video Ads, Remarketing Ads, and Shopping Ads.

* Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to reduce costs and increase ROI.

* Set up conversion tracking, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies.

2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

* Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic, relevant search terms.

* Optimize website content and structure for better search rankings (On-Page SEO).

* Execute Off-Page SEO strategies such as link building, directory submissions, guest blogging, and outreach.

* Optimize meta tags, headings, URL structures, and internal linking.

* Improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience for SEO benefits.

* Track keyword rankings and organic traffic performance using SEO tools.

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting

* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for ads and SEO activities.

* Analyze results and suggest strategies for improvement.

* Stay updated with platform updates, new tools, and marketing trends.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of proven experience in running social media ads, Google Ads, and SEO campaigns.

* Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO.

* Expertise in ad platforms (Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager) and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).

* Ability to create data-driven strategies to achieve business goals.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
