Digital Marketing Executive

vGics Global is a fast-growing IT consulting company offering tailored technology solutions across industries. As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Intern who can independently manage and execute digital campaigns to strengthen our online presence.

Role Overview:

This is an individual contributor role for someone with strong knowledge of email marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, and Google Ads. The intern will work closely with management and take complete ownership of digital marketing activities.

What You’ll Do:

• Design & manage our WordPress website (new service/landing pages, performance).
• Drive SEO (on-page/off-page) for visibility & ranking.
• Write & publish blogs, case studies, and service content.
• Build backlinks and improve domain authority.
• Manage LinkedIn presence – regular posts, engagement, follower growth, campaigns.
• Run & optimize paid ads (Google Ads / LinkedIn Ads).
• Track, analyze & report performance via Google Analytics/Search Console.

KPI Expectations:

• Increase organic traffic by 25–30% in 6 months.
• Rank 10+ target keywords on Google’s first page in 9 months.
• Publish 20 blogs/1 case studies per month.
• Build 15–20 quality backlinks per month.
• Grow LinkedIn followers by 15–20% per quarter.
• Generate 15–20 qualified inbound leads per quarter.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years’ experience in digital marketing + WordPress development.
• Strong skills in SEO, LinkedIn management, and content marketing.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMRush.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently in a small company setup.
• Bonus: Canva/Photoshop, email marketing, basic design skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
