Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to handle all aspects of our digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will plan, create, and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and boost sales. This position requires a solid understanding of current digital marketing trends, a data-oriented mindset, and excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
- Manage all areas of social media marketing, including content creation, community engagement, paid advertising, and influencer collaborations.
- Oversee SEO initiatives such as keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical SEO improvements.
- Handle PPC advertising campaigns on Google Ads, social media, and other platforms.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotions, and automated sequences.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and related tools.
- Evaluate and report campaign performance against defined KPIs.
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer service) to align marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget.
- Provide guidance and support to junior marketing staff when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 Months to 1 years’ experience in digital marketing.
- Proven success in planning and executing effective digital campaigns.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Canva, Illustrator, or Photoshop is a plus.
Bonus Skills
- Experience in programmatic advertising.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools.
- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
