Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Executive will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies for both Madchen Film's internal brand and its diverse client accounts. The primary focus will be on leveraging video content and various digital channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and measurable conversions (ROI).
Core Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Plan and Execute Campaigns: Design, build, and maintain comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including but not limited to SEO/SEM, Social Media (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook), Email Marketing, and Display Ads.
- Video Content Promotion: Strategize and execute promotions for client and internal video content (short films, corporate videos, ads, social clips) to maximize reach, views, and engagement metrics on platforms like YouTube and other social channels.
- PPC/Paid Media: Set up, monitor, and optimize Paid-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) for lead generation and brand visibility, managing budgets and ensuring a high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for both company and clients.
2. Content & SEO Management
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure all digital assets, particularly video titles, descriptions, blog posts, and website copy, are highly engaging, brand-aligned, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- SEO & SEM: Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic for Madchen Film and its clients.
- Website & Landing Pages: Manage and update website content via CMS (e.g., WordPress), and collaborate on creating and A/B testing high-converting landing pages.
3. Social Media & Community
- Social Media Management: Lead the day-to-day management of social media profiles, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media features, algorithm changes, and digital marketing trends, specifically those relevant to video content and the production industry, to identify new growth opportunities.
4. Reporting, Analytics & Client Servicing
- Performance Analysis: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and activities against established goals (ROI and KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and platform-specific analytics (YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite).
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze data and insights to identify trends, brainstorm new growth strategies, and implement continuous optimization to improve campaign performance and effectiveness.
- Client Communication: For client accounts, prepare clear, insightful performance reports and present strategic recommendations professionally, ensuring client goals are met and fostering strong relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of demonstrated, hands-on experience in a Digital Marketing role. Agency experience or experience managing multiple client accounts is a strong advantage.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proven experience with SEO, SEM (Google Ads), and Social Media Advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Proficiency in web analytics tools, especially Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM software is a plus.
- Core Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for both client interaction and high-quality content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
