Digital Marketing Executive

Tea Triangle Private Limited is looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing & SEO Expert to lead our online presence and digital growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SEO, paid advertising, and social media management, with a passion for storytelling and brand building in the FMCG and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Promotions:

Plan, design, and execute engaging campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to optimize performance.

• Content Creation:

Create compelling posts, videos, and ad creatives aligned with brand identity.
Manage photo and video editing for YouTube, Reels, and social media promotions.

• SEO & Website Optimization:

Conduct keyword research, manage on-page and off-page SEO, and ensure content ranks effectively on Google.
Optimize website content, product pages, and blogs to improve visibility and conversion.

• Digital Campaigns:

Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing campaigns.
Track ROI, manage budgets, and recommend performance improvements.

• Analytics & Reporting:

Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and GMB to track traffic, conversions, and engagement.
Prepare monthly reports to assess digital growth and campaign success.

• Brand Management:

Maintain consistency in visual and written content across all digital platforms.
Collaborate with the design and sales teams to support promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing and SEO (FMCG or consumer brand experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset, problem-solving ability, and passion for social media trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
