IBSTEC is seeking a results-driven and analytical Digital Marketing Executive to support and execute our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple digital channels and a strong understanding of performance marketing and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to improve traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Manage SEO, SEM, display ads, and remarketing campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad dashboards.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Create and manage digital content, landing pages, and ad creatives in collaboration with design and content teams.
- Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, tags, and CRO.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
