Position Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns, social media strategy, SEO/SEM, content creation, and lead generation. This role requires a creative yet analytical mindset to strengthen brand visibility, support business growth, and maintain TUV Austria’s reputation as an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Plan, execute, and manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns).
- Manage SEO/SEM activities to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
Content Creation & Branding
- Develop engaging and industry-relevant content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and the company website.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone and visual identity across all digital channels.
- Coordinate with creative designers for digital artwork, infographics, and promotional materials.
Social Media & Community Management
- Manage and grow company presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter).
- Increase brand engagement through innovative digital campaigns and interactive content.
- Respond to online inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Lead Generation & Campaigns
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to design campaigns that generate qualified leads for certifications, inspections, and trainings.
- Track conversion metrics and ROI for all campaigns.
- Identify and leverage new digital marketing opportunities to support business objectives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare monthly performance reports detailing campaign performance, traffic growth, and engagement trends.
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends to recommend strategic adjustments.
- Track and measure KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, impressions, and cost per lead.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and Social Media Marketing tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in B2B marketing or within the Certification/Inspection/Training industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
