Digital Marketing Executive

About Us:
Pegasus Home Healthcare Services L.L.C. is a leading provider of home healthcare solutions across the UAE. We offer nursing services, doctor visits, medical camps, and ambulance support. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, drive engagement, and support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, website, email, and online advertising
• Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and create engaging content
• Optimize website content and SEO to increase organic traffic
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with business goals
• Create digital content including graphics, videos, blogs, and newsletters
• Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, particularly healthcare marketing

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong skills in social media management, SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing
• Proven portfolio of past campaigns and digital work
• Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines
