Digital Marketing Executive

Role: Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka.


Role Overview : We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing professional with 2–5 years

of experience to execute and manage core digital marketing initiatives. The role will focus

on social media management, digital communication channels, performance marketing,

analytics, lead generation, and WhatsApp marketing, with strong ownership of execution

and optimization.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day social media operations including content planning, posting,

engagement, and content calendar creation across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram,

Facebook, etc.).

 Create and plan content calendars, including Hindi content, in alignment with brand

and campaign objectives.

 Manage digital communication channels to ensure consistent and effective brand

messaging.

 Execute WhatsApp marketing initiatives, including broadcast campaigns, workflow

automation, and lead nurturing journeys.

 Coordinate with internal teams/agencies for creative asset development (social

creatives, banners, videos, ad copies).

 Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid digital

platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).

 Support and drive lead generation programs, including campaign execution,

tracking, and optimization.

 Monitor and analyze social, digital, and WhatsApp campaign performance, tracking

metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, CPL, and ROI.

 Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights for continuous

improvement.

 Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.


Experience & Qualifications:

 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role with strong exposure to

social media and performance marketing.

 Practical experience in WhatsApp marketing, including broadcasts, workflow

automation, and lead nurturing.

 Proficiency in Hindi language for content creation, copywriting, and content calendar

planning.

 Strong understanding of social media management and digital communication

channels.

 Experience in executing paid campaigns and lead generation programs.

 Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager,

LinkedIn Campaign Manager, WhatsApp marketing tools, etc.

 Ability to work closely with creative teams and agencies for asset creation.

 Strong execution, analytical, and coordination skills.
