The agency manages 40+ active monthly retainer clients and delivers more than 250 creatives and 300 video edits every month. Role Summary

• Manage and execute digital marketing activities for multiple client accounts
• Ensure timely delivery, quality output, and brand consistency
• Coordinate with internal creative, strategy, and production teams
• Track performance and support continuous campaign improvement

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars aligned with client goals
• Manage end-to-end social media execution across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Write captions, social copies, and hashtag strategies for each platform
• Schedule and publish content as per approved timelines
• Coordinate with design and video teams through clear creative briefs
• Review creatives for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment
• Conceptualise short-form video ideas for Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Execute trend-based and campaign-driven video content
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
• Track social media trends and content formats
• Identify influencer and collaboration opportunities
• Monitor performance using platform insights
• Prepare monthly performance and insight reports
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• Support social media audits

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of digital or social media marketing experience
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Strong copy writing and content idealisation skills
• Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and formats
• Strong time management and deadline adherence
• Effective communication and internal coordination skills
• Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset
