800 Truck is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns that drive quality leads and business growth. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, Google Ads campaign management, and solid SEO knowledge, with a performance-focused mindset and data-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage high-converting Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Set up, run, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Performance Max).
- Generate quality leads through strategic audience targeting, creative testing, and campaign optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make adjustments to improve ROI and reduce cost per lead.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage ad budgets effectively and ensure maximum performance within allocated spend.
- Create compelling ad copies, headlines, and basic creative briefs for campaigns.
- Track conversions using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Implement and support SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, keyword planning, and performance tracking.
- Prepare performance reports and present insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), especially for lead generation campaigns.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, and remarketing campaigns).
- Strong working knowledge of SEO (on-page, keyword research, and basic technical understanding) is required.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, funnel strategy, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong practical experience in both Google Ads and Meta Ads is mandatory.
- Experience working with landing pages and A/B testing.
