Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for planning, developing and
executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation
and sales across all digital platforms. The role requires a balance of creativity, datadriven decision making and strong business understanding to support the growth of
multiple brands and project-based businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business

objectives.

  • Define KPIs, marketing funnels and campaign roadmaps.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis and audience segmentation.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and manage digital campaigns across:

o Social Media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok)
o Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
o Website & landing pages
o Copywrite to create high-impact content.

  • Assist CS in optimizing ad budgets, creatives and targeting for ROI.

Content & Branding

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Develop content calendars and campaign themes.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite,

and ad dashboards.

  • Prepare monthly reports with insights, ROI, and recommendations.
  • Continuously test, optimize, and improve campaigns.

Website & SEO

  • Oversee website content, SEO strategy and user journey optimization

Improve website conversion rates through UX and landing page strategies.
Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Build digital funnels to generate qualified leads for sales teams.
  • Integrate automation tools for follow-ups and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or growth strategy roles.
  • Proven experience managing paid ads and organic growth strategies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, analytics, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience in hospitality, real estate, projects, or B2B marketing is an

advantage.

Tools & Platforms

  • Google Analytics, Google Ads
  • Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Canva / Adobe Suite
  • CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
  • SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)

  • Lead generation volume & quality
  • Cost per lead (CPL)
  • Conversion rate
  • ROI on campaigns
  • Brand reach & engagement growth
