What you’ll do (strategy + execution)
- Creativity: Brings fresh, practical campaign ideas (copy, visuals, offers) and tests at least two new concepts each week, sharing what worked and what didn’t.
- Own performance marketing end-to-end: Plan, launch, and scale Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube) and Meta (Lead / Click-to-WhatsApp / Traffic)
- Harvest real intent: Build keyword clusters around licensing types, trade names, costs, timelines, banking, and visas; maintain clean negatives and test match types methodically.
- AI-powered production: Use gen-AI (for drafts and ideation) to accelerate Arabic/English ad copy, hook testing, audience research, creative briefs, and reporting summaries—always fact-checked and on-brand.
- Attribution & analytics: Implement GA4 and GTM, including pixels and UTMs, to track enhanced & offline conversions (CRM/WhatsApp), tying spend to qualified leads and paid clients.
- Lead ops: Own speed-to-lead and routing with sales; design WhatsApp templates, quick replies, and follow-ups to improve show and close rates.
- Budget pacing & forecasting: Keep CPL/CPQL and CAC payback within guardrails; communicate risks and next steps weekly.
- Compliance first: Follow UAE advertising standards and platform policies; no vague claims, clear, verifiable benefits only.
- Stakeholder management: Align weekly with Sales/Operations/GM on goals, risks, and next actions & turn feedback into actions.
- Social listening, literacy, and close competitor monitoring.
What you’ve done (must-haves)
- 3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience inside a UAE business setup/PRO company (or a portfolio that proves equivalent depth).
- You personally and independently ran Google Search + Meta ads to hit CPL/CPQL targets.
- Native Arabic copywriting that converts; strong English for LPs and reporting.
- Solid GA4/GTM, UTMs, enhanced conversions, and offline conversion setup + debugging.
- Practical Conversion Rate Optimization experience (forms, trust signals, load speed, WhatsApp flows) with measurable lifts.
- First-hand involvement with CRM Tools set-up, implementation, and maintenance.
- Content Creation skills, and the ability to create Reels and posts independently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to visualize and present ideas cohesively.
Nice-to-haves (great, not mandatory)
- Design literacy: Canva/Figma/Adobe basics for quick edits, Arabic typography sense, simple motion (CapCut/After Effects), and image upscaling/cleanup.
