Job Overview:
Simex Group is looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and continuously optimizing end-to-end digital marketing strategies across our business units. You will enhance brand visibility, drive qualified lead generation, and support revenue growth through performance-driven digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Simex Group’s commercial objectives, ensuring integration across all business units.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance optimization.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
  • Manage and maintain company websites (CMS), ensuring content accuracy, user experience (UX), functionality, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Monitor website performance metrics (traffic, bounce rate, conversions) and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
  • Develop and manage structured content calendars for all social media platforms, ensuring consistency, engagement, and alignment with marketing campaigns.
  • Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, automation workflows, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Track, analyze, and interpret campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
  • Generate qualified leads through digital channels and collaborate with Business Development teams to support conversion and revenue growth.
  • Conduct A/B testing on advertisements, landing pages, and content to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend across channels.
  • Coordinate closely with Graphic Designers and Marketing Communications teams to develop campaign creatives and messaging.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools to continuously improve strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaigns, performance metrics, and reports for management review.
  • Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with company branding guidelines and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing; experience in multi-business or corporate environments preferred; demonstrated experience managing paid campaigns and generating leads.
  • Skills:
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms and tools
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and website optimization
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting tools
  • Strong skills in social media management and content planning
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and automation tools
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management and multitasking capabilities
