Role Overview
As a DME, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across social media, paid ads, SEO, and other digital touchpoints. You’ll wear multiple hats—content creator, ad strategist, performance marketer, and analytics-driven decision-maker.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Marketing
- Develop and execute content calendars across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Drive engagement, follower growth, and community management.
- Create thumb-stopping content in collaboration with design teams (posts, reels, infographics).
- Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Manage budgets effectively and maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, keywords, and landing pages.
- Content Marketing
- Support blogs, newsletters, case studies, and email campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency in messaging across channels.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad dashboards.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Marketing Automation & CRM (good-to-have)
- Support basic workflows in HubSpot/Zoho/other CRMs for lead nurturing.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (preferably in web3/blockchain ecosystem).
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and basic Canva/Adobe.
- Ability to run end-to-end campaigns independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
