Digital Marketing Executive in Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Management: Plan, set up, and optimize lead generation campaigns.
• Perform audience research, split testing (A/B), and reduce cost per lead.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and prepare reports.
• Creative & Content Coordination: Plan ad creatives, carousels, and video concepts aligned with campaign goals.
• Coordinate with graphic designers or edit basic creatives themselves if required.
• Ensure all creatives meet branding guidelines and conversion-focused design principles.
• Lead Quality Management: Monitor lead flow to ensure relevance and quality.
• Suggest landing page/form improvements for better conversions.
• Work closely with clients’ sales teams to pass feedback and refine targeting.
• Social Media Management: Plan and post regular content on client accounts (static posts, reels, stories).
• Maintain consistency of brand voice and engagement.
• Respond or coordinate with clients to handle comments/messages if needed.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Track key metrics (CPL, CTR, CPM, conversions) to demonstrate ROI.
• Market Research & Strategy: Keep updated with Meta Ads trends, policies, and competitor campaigns.
• Suggest new ideas to scale campaigns or explore additional platforms (Google, LinkedIn).
• Client Coordination: Handle day-to-day updates and approvals with clients.
• Ensure tasks are delivered on time without your constant intervention.
• Process Ownership: Take full responsibility for campaign results and daily execution.
• Document strategies and maintain a clear workflow to avoid missed tasks.
