Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive (SEO & Performance Marketing) to
enhance Exeed College’s online visibility, lead generation, and digital campaign
performance.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing paid advertising, optimising campaigns for conversions, and driving consistent organic growth through advanced SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic ranking, traffic, and
visibility.
● Plan and strategise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other
performance channels. We have a support team to execute the campaign.
● Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimisation.
● Monitor and analyse performance data to maximise ROI and reduce CPL.
● Collaborate with internal design, content, and video teams to produce ad creatives and
landing pages aligned with campaign goals. We have a creative team with more than
10 members. It will be the duty of the digital marketing executive to effectively
communicate the creative requirements and objectives to the designers and video
team.
● Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag
Manager, and other relevant tools.
● Identify and test new opportunities for paid and organic growth.
● Stay updated on SEO algorithm changes, ad platform updates, and digital marketing
best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field. (Preferred)
● 2 years of proven experience in SEO and performance marketing, preferably in the
higher education or technology sector.
● Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console,
and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
● Experience in keyword targeting, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimisation.
● Excellent analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills.
● A proactive attitude with a passion for education, technology, and growth marketing.
