WOW Real Estate is a newly established and rapidly expanding real estate firm in Sharjah, known for its professionalism, innovation, and commitment to excellence.

WOW Real Estate is seeking a results-driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy, strengthen our brand positioning, and drive qualified lead generation across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the UAE real estate market.
  • Identify and segment target audiences to design impactful, conversion-driven campaigns.

2. Campaign Management & Content Creation

  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, and outdoor).
  • Oversee social media content, video production, and branding materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver engaging and consistent marketing content.

3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns to boost quality lead generation.
  • Enhance website performance, SEO ranking, and online visibility.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable reports and insights.

4. Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, managing relationships with vendors and creative partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
  • Ensure a unified brand image across all marketing platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, including at least 3 years in the UAE real estate industry.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of Google tools, social media platforms, and design basics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
