Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients for printing and advertising services (e.g., banners, signages, Hoarding etc.)
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Collaborate with the production and design team to ensure client expectations are met.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, or exhibitions to promote the company’s services.
- Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing (experience in printing/advertising industry preferred).
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with printing techniques and advertising materials is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of digital marketing tools like content management, SEO, social media, and PPC are in high demand.
- Amazon and Noon sales experience will be a advantage.
