Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist who is a true all-rounder. The ideal candidate must be skilled in running digital ad campaigns while independently handling graphic designing (social media creatives, banners) and video editing (reels, site tour videos, promotional clips). If you understand real estate marketing and can turn concepts into engaging visuals and performance-based ads, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to generate high-quality leads. Monitor campaign performance, daily ad spend, and cost-per-lead (CPL) metrics. Handle organic social media posting, page engagement, and audience growth strategies.

2. Graphic Design Create eye-catching social media posts, story graphics, Facebook banners, and promotional flyers. Design sales collateral including property brochures, price lists, and payment plan layouts. Maintain visual consistency according to brand guidelines.

3. Video Editing & Content Creation Edit high-converting Short-form Content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) with engaging captions, motion graphics, and audio.

Edit property walk-throughs, site progress clips, and project promo videos. Add creative hooks, transitions, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to maximize audience watch time.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, and Video Editing (Real estate industry experience is a huge plus).

Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro / CapCut, and Meta Business Suite. Strong understanding of real estate marketing trends and buyer psychology in Pakistan.

Portfolio of past work (Graphics, Video Reels, and Ad Campaigns) is mandatory during application.
