Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Expert to manage and grow our company’s online presence. The ideal candidate will handle multiple business social media accounts, drive engaging content strategies, and ensure active communication with our online community.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple social media pages/accounts of the company, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Plan, create, and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Schedule posts and ensure timely publishing across all platforms.
• Coordinate with the creative/design team for graphics, videos, and other assets.
• Write engaging content, captions, and copy tailored for different platforms.

Client Engagement & Reputation Management

• Respond promptly and professionally to clients’ direct messages (DMs), comments, testimonials, and reviews.
• Build positive relationships with online followers and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Monitor client feedback and escalate concerns to relevant teams when needed.
• Encourage, collect, and manage client testimonials and reviews to enhance brand reputation.

Performance & Strategy

• Monitor social media performance and engagement, providing reports and actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketing Executive, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).
• Excellent content writing and copywriting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
