Digital Marketing Expert – PPC Specialist

About the Role

Sourcetek, a portfolio company of The Services Tree, is hiring on behalf of its client, Codesynx, a fast-growing digital marketing agency. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert (PPC Specialist) with at least 1 year of experience in managing PPC campaigns and SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
• Conduct keyword research and implement strategies for both PPC and SEO to maximize performance and improve organic rankings.
• Optimize ad campaigns and landing pages for SEO and paid search performance.
• Create and test ad copies, visuals, and CTAs for improved engagement and conversions.
• Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance, including CTR, conversions, and ROI.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing solutions aligned with brand objectives and performance goals.
• Stay updated with SEO best practices and industry trends, applying them to both paid and organic campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in PPC and SEO.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
• Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
