Digital Marketing Expert

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Expert with strong expertise in Performance Marketing to join our growing IT company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing end-to-end digital marketing strategies, managing paid campaigns, and ensuring maximum ROI across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, and other channels.

Plan and execute performance marketing strategies to drive leads, conversions, and revenue.

Conduct SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies to improve organic visibility.

Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.

Track, measure, and report on key metrics (CPC, CPA, ROI, CTR, conversion rates, etc.).

Collaborate with design, development, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Manage social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithms.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Digital Marketer / Performance Marketer in IT or related industries.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid platforms.

Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and tracking tools.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Digital & Performance Marketing.

Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications (preferred).

Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.).

IT industry exposure will be a plus.
