Experience: 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media or related role (or freshers with strong digital skills may be considered).

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media or related field

Job Summary:

The Digital Media Marketing Expert will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across media channels (social, search, email, display) to build brand awareness, engage target audiences, generate leads and support business growth. This role blends creative content work with data-driven optimisation and requires strong digital skills and marketing acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital media marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage digital channels including social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.), search engine marketing (SEO/SEM), display ads, email marketing and mobile campaigns.
• Create, publish and maintain engaging digital content (posts, blogs, videos, newsletters) and ensure consistency of brand voice and message across channels.
• Monitor, measure and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc), derive insights and optimise campaigns for improved ROI.
• Collaborate with design, content, sales and other teams (or external agencies) to execute campaigns, align creative assets and ensure seamless delivery. AISTS
• Manage budgets for digital media campaigns, ensure cost-effectiveness and adhere to schedule.
• Research and stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, platforms, tools, and competitor activity; suggest new digital initiatives.
• Optimise owned media: website content, landing pages, email database/CRM to enhance user experience and conversion.
• Assist with offline/online integration where required (events, webinars, co-promotions) to support digital campaigns.
