Job Summary
We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Expert who lives at the intersection of creativity and analytics. This isn't just about "posting on social media"—we need a strategist who can architect full-funnel campaigns, optimize ad spend in real-time, and translate complex digital metrics into actionable growth insights. You will be responsible for increasing our brand’s digital footprint and ensuring every dollar spent delivers a measurable return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and manage end-to-end digital campaigns across Search (SEM), Social (Paid & Organic), and Display networks.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) daily. You will be expected to conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets to maximize conversion rates.
- SEO & Content Synergy: Collaborate with content creators to ensure all digital output is optimized for search engines while maintaining a high-quality user experience.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Synthesize data from multiple sources (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) into concise monthly reports that highlight wins, losses, and "what’s next."
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of algorithm changes and emerging platforms to ensure our brand remains a first-mover in the digital space.
Specific Requirements
- Platform Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is essential.
- Analytical Tools: Deep experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Copywriting: Ability to write punchy, high-converting ad copy and professional email marketing sequences.
- Technical Literacy: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (like WordPress or Shopify) to implement tracking pixels and landing page tweaks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a dedicated performance marketing or digital strategy role.
- Certifications: Proven Google Ads or HubSpot certifications are highly preferred.
- Portfolio: A track record of managing monthly ad budgets of at least $5,000+ with documented growth results.
