The Digital Marketing Expert is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to promote the bank’s products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition through digital channels. The role involves managing social media, SEO/SEM, paid campaigns, content marketing, analytics, and digital partnerships in line with the bank’s business goals and compliance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote banking products such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment services.
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Drive SEO and SEM initiatives to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
- Manage and grow the bank’s social media presence by creating engaging content and tracking performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for content creation, design, and media buying.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or CRM dashboards and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Run email marketing and automation campaigns to engage customers and increase conversions.
- Implement retargeting and lead generation strategies to improve ROI and reduce acquisition costs.
- Stay updated on digital trends, banking regulations, and competitor marketing activities.
- Ensure all digital content and campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, data security, and RBI compliance standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Proven experience managing campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
- Creative thinking with strong copywriting and visual coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital compliance and data privacy norms (especially in BFSI).
