Position: Digital Marketing Expert – Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Islamabad
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive + Performance-based Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), and other digital campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and generate qualified leads consistently.
• Conduct audience research and A/B testing to improve targeting and ad performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are aligned with business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm updates in digital advertising.
• Manage ad budgets effectively to deliver maximum results.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in running lead generation campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, CPC/CPA bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integrations.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset to craft compelling ad copy, visuals, and funnels.
• Ability to work independently and meet KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with telemarketing/call center lead funnels is a plus.
